Executive Chef Louis Manginelli

In 1978, Chef Louis Manginelli came to Southern California from his hometown of New Haven, Connecticut where his family owned a farm. From an early age he shared his family’s love and passion for great food made with fresh and high quality ingredients. Educated to the highest culinary standards, Chef Manginelli has an impressive resume having worked as an Executive Chef in some of the most renowned restaurants in Orange County, such as Hemingway’s, the award winning Zeppa, The Ritz Restaurant, The Golden Truffle and Five Feet. 

For over 6 years Chef Manginelli served as Vice President and Executive Chef of CCI Production, where he was in charge of catering production for the Emmy’s, numerous movie premiers, celebrity events and upscale corporate events. Chef Manginelli has served as the Chef for Presidents Richard Nixon, Ronald Regan and George W Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, as well as many celebrities and distinguished corporate leaders.
