Why others should chose Saltwaters’ seafood!

Here at Saltwater, we believe everyone should receive the best grade of meat or seafood. But seafood does require an extra bit of freshness rather than just beef or chicken. In some grocery stores the fish has already been sitting on ice for well over a week. In my kitchen, if you want fish by Friday, we buy fish Thursday or at the earliest Wednesday, freeze one night, cook it and off it goes! Fish should never smell too fishy! You should smell the ocean, not fish!
