Patience is a virtue! And boy is it needed in the kitchen! Start at educating yourself with material. Some good start material is magazines, cook books, and recipes. Keep the recipes simple! Perfect the simple recipes so complex ones come out just as good. Stay organized! It’s very critical in cooking that you have all your materials in orderly fashion. A messy kitchen calls for a messy dish!
